I had a great experience with how fast it took Anthony to come out and give me an estimate on replacing the drain pipe! He also made time to come out before he went on vacation to get the work done and I am very pleased with the service,also the staff in the office were awesome and made it happen!
We had an after hours significant sewer system issue. After contacting Hunter Super Techs we received a call from a very polite coordinator who let us know we would be first on the list and our service technician would contact us prior to arrival. First thing in the morning we received a call from Robert letting us know he would be there in 30 minutes. He was right on time. This was our first experience using Hunter Super Techs and I am happy to say it definitely will not be the last. Robert was polite and professional. You guys did a great job. I called to schedule an appointment and within the hr, was contacted for scheduling and problem was fixed. Amazing response. Will definitely call you guys again if issue occurs.
