Keaton introduced himself, and was friendly and efficient while doing the inspection of my heat&air unit. He fully explained a couple issues he found including pictures. Although he couldn't give me an estimate of cost to correct the problem on the spot he promised to have the office call me with the information. I was pleased with the service inspection Keaton did.
