I called them this morning to fix a water leak inside the ceiling and they were at my home within 90 minutes. The technician arrived and was very professional and explained everything he was doing. He did have to cut through the drywall but made sure the cuts were minimal and straight so we could easily patch the wall and ceiling. Their pricing is very reasonable and we will definitely use them again in the future.

Our middle bath toilet (right over the main drain to our septic tank) had been slow flushing, & overflowed the edge June 17, 2024. We had business to do and 2 other toilets; so did not call a plumber until afternoon 6-24-24. Our regular plumber had retired and his substitute was unavailable; so "Googled" plumbers in our area & found Whitehead Plumbing site with good reviews. We placed our call 4:52 p.m. on 6-24-24 & said they may need to remove the stool to unclog. Will (Walters) and Kyle (Apache) were at our house next morning at 8:55 a.m. Kyle used the "pole snake" and the clog was gone in 4 minutes! The toilet seemed to be flushing fine,... read full review

We had a tub to shower conversation about a year and a half ago. Had to have the floor fixed 3 or 4 months ago, and had a serious bad smell since. Called Whitehead, they were here 3 hours later, found all the bad work that Bath Planet/Zintex did. Will and Kyle kicked butt, let us know every step they were making, explained what they needed to do at each step, and just were such cool people. We will call Whitehead for any needs in the future, really impressed, everyone should check them out!
