I'm an "out of towner" who will occasionally drop in for work trips, and this gym is so great. They have everything for CrossFit, Olympic Weightlifting, Cardio, machines, free weights, and whatever else you could dream up. Their prices are more than reasonable if you're on a budget ($5 for a drop-in). I can't wait to come back and try a shake!

Great atmosphere to workout in whether you want to do cardio or HIIT training. The trainers are very helpful too. There’s a new workout everyday on the white board to do. Love it and the shakes are yummy too!!!

Friendly and helpful staff!! Greeted us with a smile! Workout was awesome! Workout was explained in a simple and to the point manner. Our instructor was nice and answered any questions we had, he was also very attentive. The bonus was that you can purchase healthy shakes with your diet concept in mind. Thank You TUSHKA FIT!!
