I was looking into getting insurance of my own for the first time and Paula was the agent who assisted me. She was incredibly kind and very helpful in explaining everything to me. She never pressured me into anything, just gave me information which I greatly appreciated. I really do feel supported by Paula.

I had put one of my vehicles on a hold while I did some repairs. I completed the repairs and was ready to start my insurance coverage. I called the office and Cheyenne Jackson answered and immediately began helping me. In a matter of minutes she had my vehicle ready to be insured. I paid her the fee, Cheyenne emailed me a document to be signed and also emailed me insurance cards. This woman was so pleasant I really appreciate a person like her.
