Good service, great advice from lawyers, but Legal Shield overcharges their customers. When you contact them about it and provide proof, they deny overcharging you and want more money. They're extremely greedy and unprofessional. First, they charged me $29.95 on March 4th, 2024. No problem. But then they charged me $29.95 on March 11th, 2024. Problem. That's charging me twice in one month. The fee is supposed to be $29.95 a month. Then on April 27th, 2024, they charged me $59.90. That's the cost for 2 more months. The quality control system in place ensures that you always receive timely responses from the Nationwide network of law firms and referral attorneys. The corporate office team is always extremely helpful and ensures that any concerns or issues you have are addressed and resolved.
