I never like to update a review and reduce the rating, but alas here I am. And it's a shame. Any time you're visiting a cemetery or in need of funeral services, it's clearly a sensitive matter. My family recently lost our grandmother and while she had everything planned for years in regards to when she passed away, the process was still difficult. The biggest issue was the staff. The head honcho was an absolute pain to work with. He made us feel as though we were being a giant inconvenience because the funeral was on a Saturday morning.
