Location is now in the mall next to Claire's. The studio is clean and tidy. Reasonable prices and friendly service!
I went here for the first time recently and had a manicure with regular polish. Katelyn did a great job on my nails. She often does gel manicures and pedicures for my mom (which always look great) and is super helpful and friendly. Very skilled at what she does. Thank you!

I was in town over the holidays and needed a manicure badly. Growing up in Zanesville, I had heard about Z Nails so after checking out their Yelp page, I decided to attempt to snag a walk-in appointment. My hopes weren't too high because Christmas was only a few days away. However, they were thankfully able to fit me in after a short 30 minute wait, which I spent at the mall across the street until they called to let me know they were ready for me. Needless to say, the customer service was top notch and I can say that continued throughout my entire visit. I made a mistake on my appointment time and the staff there were so forgiving. I wasn't required to pay a fee and another member was able to still do my pedicure. This is true customer service!!!Services: Foot massages
