Not a fan of the new layout and detest the push for self checkout. The checkout areas, while not having a wait, are not big enough for a full cart of groceries and the manned checkouts have lines back into the clothing department! It's obvious that there's no lack of cashiers to man registers since I watch them huddled in conversation. However! Shout out today to Jeromy, who immediately spotted my frustration with my register (that you do NOT pay me to run) and not only fixed my problem but engaged me in conversation and changed my mood from "I may just leave these groceries here" to "I'm glad at least one employee is engaged and made me smile". It was a good reminder why I rarely get to Walmart anymore, though. Jeromy saved you a sale today.

Walmart car side delivery. I appreciate you. I especially appreciate your patience. I am not a fan of Karen's. In fact I tend to stay away from that topic because their own ignorance speaks for itself. However today I was able to experience it 1st hand. This wasn't a Facebook post this wasn't a funny tiktok. This was a woman who was mean for no reason. Evil and irritated before she probably even pulled into a parking space. She waited for her groceries less than 2 minutes. Yet was still able to complain to 3 employees That were running back-and-forth to make sure everyone was accommodated. She didn't receive the email that her order was ready. Not only did she not receive it, it's after 4 and they weren't standing right there with her Flippin groceries. To the Walmart staff...At least this is addressing the pickup staff. You are wonderful! Your patience...your kind words.. your avoidance of her b**** a** attitude did not go unnoticed... don't get me wrong the service is not perfect. I've utilized this many times and yes I've had bad produce and wrong items. But at the end of the day I appreciate someone else doing the shopping so my lazy a** doesn't have to. Keep up the great work.
