Called them yesterday afternoon, showed up this afternoon. The technician (Brent) was very friendly and professional. He diagnosed the problem with our A/C very quickly, fixed it and was gone. Will call them from now on and have complete trust in their service. Brent should get a raise and big pat on the back.
