We highly recommend Dr. Heilman & the entire Olde Falls Team. Everyone is professional, helpful & always kind & welcoming. Dr. Heilman [an OSU DVM] is very thorough and takes the time to explain/discuss diagnoses. We were so impressed the 1st time he met our little Ollie [a very anxious Havanese] - Dr. Heilman talked softly to him & handled him so gently - it was very sweet & very much appreciated. He has handled a variety of challenging issues with our dogs & has always been responsive, caring & thorough. We had our first visit today. Yearly checkup and vaccinations. This place is new to us, as we are new to Ohio. The staff is warm and friendly. The vet is also very kind and they were all great with my soon to be 13 year old Boston terrier. Glad we found this place!
