Laundra Tan is a community laundromat that is currently undergoing a major remodel, featuring all new machines that now accept card payments, eliminating the need for coins. The facility is kept clean and generally provides a nice atmosphere for laundry. However, there are often several machines out of order, which can be problematic during busy times. The customer service is noted to be excellent, with staff being friendly and helpful. While some customers have had issues with machine availability and laundry policies, overall experiences have been positive. The tanning services are available but seem rarely used by customers doing laundry. Laundra Tan is recommended for those in need of laundry services in the area.
I’ve always loved coming to this laundromat one because there was always someone nice and friendly there if I needed help, since getting new washers that take cards iand new washers it’s even better. I love quarters but who wants to lug them around 10/10 for me BUTTTTTTT they’ve changed their hours and it’s awful
Edit on 7/20/24: The last time I was in they were in the middle of a MAJOR remodel with ALL NEW machines that now take PAYMENT BY CARD!! Now, you don't have to deal with handfuls of quarters anymore!! Back to my earlier review... Do not arrive past 8pm to do laundry! Nice place that is kept clean for a community laundry mat. It does seem like there are always quite a few machines that aren't working, but there are so many to choose from that it's only a problem at extremely busy times. I don't know anything about the tanning, but I usually see at least one or two people going into the private tanning rooms while I'm there, but it is funny to me that I don't think...read full review
I've never had a bad experience with this laundromat, and my most recent trip was the best experience yet. The manager Karrie was absolutely on her game when It came to customer service. She's very friendly, attentive and helpful... She went above and beyond for me!
