Home Instead did that exactly that for my father...they allowed him to be at home instead of going to an outside facility.
I was highly impressed with all aspects of the company. The initial meeting with Maria, walked us through the process and developed a plan that fit our needs while also continually checked up on my father and the care givers to make sure all was well. She was always just a phone call away and I never once believed that if there was a problem it wouldn't be solved immediately. It was really nice to know that the company wasn't just throwing a worker into our home without administration checking up weekly.
Home Instead sets the standard for other businesses to emulate in the Home Care Industry. They provided above and beyond care for me when I needed them. Every person who helped me was professional, friendly, knew there role and exceeded my expectations. From Maria, who oversaw my intake and ensured I got the resources I needed, to Renee who did scheduling, to Kim and Bonnie who provided excellent care for me.
