When I called the Garfield location and spoke to Ron, he was very helpful, friendly and patient. when I said I'd like to order a part& have it shipped to my residence( I live about 50 west of Garfield- V&V was suggested to me from a friend who lives in Independence ) Ron didn't hesitate to help me. I ordered an extra part that while was broken, wasn't impairing the functionality of the fridge all because of how helpful Ron was. I will be recommending V&V to everyone!😊
