The property you want will not be available, guaranteed. When you scheduled a viewing they'll reschedule 4 times in a 24hr period, and they even called me to try and reschedule again after I drove a half hour to get there for a scheduled viewing. but i let them know this was unacceptable.
Not to mention they false advertise, their one property on Clearwater says you'll be "blown away" when you walk in. When I arrived some random guy and his gf were painting the place it was entirely under construction and was a total dump and so tiny.

The key to purchasing any home is finding the right realtor. I had the pleasure of working with Cynthia at trisun real estate. she is brilliant in what she does. I put my trust in her and came out with a win. I purchased the home I wanted! there wasn’t any way I could have done this without her I appreciate everything she has done on my journey to becoming a 1st time homeowner!! Thank you Cynthia!

This company has been great to me during and even after my time renting with them. They were always very courteous and professional and very responsive to any maintenance issues I had. They made making rent payments very easy and also provided a window to make payment without being charged a late fee. Communication always seemed to be A1! They even connected me to the right people to inquire about purchasing my first home. I would definitely recommend renting with this company and if you ever think about purchasing a home, Cynthia is definitely the lady you'd want to speak with first. Five stars!!!
