Beware of inconsiderate 48 hours cancellation policy: I had an appointment Wednesday following the Monday Labor Day Holiday. I had to go out of town, so I called the office on Tuesday to cancel the appointment. Was told I'd be charged $35 because the 48 hours cancellation policy was not adhered too. Told them the office was closed on Monday (Holiday). They talked to doctor due to extenuating circumstances. Doctor stated should have called and left message. I told them the office was closed. It didn't matter. Looking for another more reasonable dentist.
Best dentist ive been to. Don't want to go anywhere else. The staff is friendly and explain things thoroughly. The only thing that isn't so great is if you need to reschedule last minute, you can't unless you pay a fee. But other than that, great dentist.
