“I got my hair cut at Bloom Salon & Boutique and it was a great experience! I've been to several of the salons in Austintown and Bloom is the best.
I made a pretty significant change in my hairstyle and the stylist, Liz, was so nice and informative both in the beginning when I was talking about what I wanted and in the end she told me different ways I could style my hair and what to use (without pushing any products on me)
The salon was comfortable and clean. Sometimes I find getting my hair cut awkward but Liz was also great about having a conversation as well as having some quiet periods.

I already am planning on going back for trims and highlights! It's a great atmosphere and the other staff in the salon seem really nice.“

I scoured Vagaro for a same-day appointment, expanded my radius & stumbled upon Complexions. I booked the last minute appointment & drove to OH from PGH. Complexions is a woman-owned, hidden gem skin spa in Poland, OH. Bella was not only kind, personable, genuine, but truly knowledgeable & thorough and passionate. The service was outstanding, & customized to what I needed. I did not feel rushed, and Bella did not aggressively push any products on to me or bash dermatologists as many estheticians do. I felt heard, and felt as though I could be honest with my goal of truly fixing my acne prone skin. I will definitely be seeing Bella again, hopefully soon. Who doesn't love a good facial? ‍‍“

“The staff here are so insanely friendly and wonderful. We took out daughter here to get her ears pierced and she was very afraid, but they made her a treat bag because she had to come back the next day since she was so afraid, and made her a sign that said she was brave. Mary, the person who pierced her ears was very patient through the whole process. I can't say enough good things about this location and highly recommend it!“
