I was referred to them after another company never returned my call. They contacted me withing 24 hours and worked with my schedule to come out and get me quote. They told me they could fix it right then, and for less than I'd been quoted previously. They were very professional, explained everything they were doing, and answered all my questions. They had my AC working in about an hour. Highly recommend.

Called for a AC service. Was told they would come out that day or next day (its been 90 degrees all week) . Never heard from them. I called back the next day they said "well today or tomorrow forsure" again. No call or no show. Horrible communication. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

The biggest mistake I ever made was buying a furnace and air conditioner from this company. They do not back their word and support you when you need help the owner rich is a liar. I waited two months for them to come down and fix my furnace. Every time lie after lie. After lie please whoever reads this never buy anything from this company.
