Great Service by all employees! They are dependable, knowledgeable and generous. We were able to get immediate service and when the problem with our system got tough it was all hands on deck to fix it. We will always use Vivo for our heating and cooling needs!

Just wanted to express my extreme satisfaction with this company's work. You have to admit you never know these days what kind of job a contractor might do for your satisfaction. I had spoken with Mike and immediately knew what type of work I could expect. I ordered a new furnace and air conditioner for my home, and not only did his personnel do the highest quality work to my satisfaction but Mike personally gave me extras (duct work and thermostat) I didn't even request at no cost. What a company!

A/C went out and needed to be replaced. Also had issues with furnace having rust/water damage and hot water tank had major corrosion on pipe going into tank. Gave a great price on all three units as I quoted with others, provided Consumer Report on mfg. make/model, removed old and installed same day. Surprised me with a surge protector for the furnace (awesome) and piped water condensation from a/c into sink instead of the grass outside. Left everything clean as though they were never there.
