The Loft is hands down the most professional place I have ever been for my skincare needs. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, you can truly feel how much they care about you feeling heard and comfortable.

I recently went here for my first time to get a lash lift & tint. First impression - the place is beautiful I Kaylee did my service. She was so kind, easy to talk to & very educated & informative about everything she was doing . My lashes turned out amazing & I def will be returning!

Hands down the best place for so many things. Every time I come here, it feels like I'm in a five-star spa. The customer service is fantastic. Stephanie is incredibly knowledgeable about every option for aesthetics and makes you feel heard and important. She involved me in her training and it was evident how well-trained she is and how great she is at sharing her art with others. I'd never go anywhere else. Stephanie and her team are the absolute best.
