I recently moved to Austintown and hadn't had my hair cut in forever. I won a gift certificate from a Chinese auction and it had a lady's name Rachael on it. So I called and she got me in the same day. Racheal made me feel very comfortable, she was down to earth and let me know what she thought would work for my hair type. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. She slayed my hair cut! Best hair cut I have had in a while so now I know where my regular place is going to be. Highly recommend her.
Was turned away for services at Cost Cutters. Called down to Knot Just Hair and Missy was able to get me in immediately. She was very friendly, paid attention to the detail of my hair needs, and executed those plans and details with high precision and professionalism. She offered very nice conversation as I was serviced. Her prices are very affordable as well. I will be returning for Missy to do my hair again. I have gotten a ton of nice compliments about my hair. I'm from out of town, was in desperate need of a haircut. I called a few places and no one had an open appointment. Thank goodness. I got to Knot Just Hair, and the nicest lady said she would work me in. From the time she introduced herself, until I walked out the door, I felt like I had a new best friend. I absolutely love the hairstyle she gave me., and that's saying alot because I usually don't really care. Thank you sweet Nenny.
