Thank you thank you thank you Rick Sutherland. We manage a 118 unit apartment complex and had a plumbing emergency of epic proportions. Rick was the ONLY plumber with the part, not only did he fix it QUICKLY, he was the consummate professional, keeping me informed the entire time, and calling upon completion to explain what the issue was and the best way to handle it moving forward. I couldn’t have asked for a better plumber to take care of the issue in the correct way, quickly, and professionally. Thank you Rick for all that you did to complete the job and help us have happy tenants!
