I left a vm at 530 am trying to see if they could get my beloved cat Charlie in if there was a cancelation. They called me back, I explained how ill my cat was, I would prefer a local vet before heading to medvet. I arrived with my sister, and Charlie was in bad shape. The workers were amazing, the doctor covering for Dr Allen was amazing. Although we helped my Charlie get his wings, they were compassionate and informative with Charlie's condition. On behalf of Charlie, I want to thank that doctor and EVERY girl in that building, for every kind thing and going above and beyond to get us in, Charlie died in building built on love from every worker there. Dr. Allen, assistants, and office girls are the best. They've taken care of many years of my dogs, through extra care-old age. It's so important to us they've always squeezed us in when we had more urgent special needs.
Doctor allen and all of his staff have always been very professional and acted with kindness to both me and all of my fur babies. Excellent care!! Cosmo loves all of the staff at Dr Allens!!!
