I honestly don't have enough words to describe how absolutely amazing Gary , Kim, and the entire staff was with our entire family through the process of losing my cousin Chad. From the day we called them it was instantly like they were family. They felt like family is the best way I can describe it . They answered every question, they called numerous times throughout that week or so while we were making arrangements, and they handled everything so professionally and personally.
