I have a home warranty with Choice Home Warranty. They sent out James with Bonita Way. He analyzed my air conditioner which was 26 years young, James told me the compressor was shot and the system needed to be replaced. He ordered the parts and His men came out 3 days later. Before he installed the air conditioner they found the heat exchanger had cracks and recommended a new furnace. Choice home warranty agreed with the assessment and ordered furnace parts. Four days later his men came out and installed the furnace and air conditioner. Job well done
HOT WATER HEATER REPAIR/REPLACEMENT: Bonita's Way is coming through for us again... our hot water heater appears to need replaced/repaired and we are customers of a home warranty company with which Bonita's Way works.I phoned the owner this morning (on his "off" hours) and spoke to him on his personal cell and he said he would pick up the claim and process the paperwork upon his return to the office today.This is twice we have used Bonita's Way /James D. and he is a responsible and timely business person/company to work with.
