Allways Vinyl installed fencing in our backyard last year. When I went out this spring, I noticed a gap in the fencing. When I called to have someone repair this, I was told by the office that it would be 3-4 weeks for someone to fix this “simple” repair because they would only do it when someone was in the area. It’s been a month and I haven’t heard from anyone.Update: After leaving this review, I received a phone call on 4/1 saying that someone will be out this week to repair this. The wait was worth it! Our experience was one in a million. From quoting, measuring to installation, the process was flawless. I can’t remember the last time a home project went this smoothly! Very happy with Allways Vinyl!
