I've never had a full discussion prior to massage with a therapist. Keri also asked me to walk and stand in a mirror to see where my body was holding stress to attend to it.
The office is a relaxing little vortex with amazing smells and a breeze flowing in that made me want to stay. Ahhh-mazing!

Amy is very friendly and exceptionally knowledgeable about the human body, mechanics, systems etc. She found many other places I didn't realize I needed work on and explained what may have caused them. I felt a huge difference within a couple days post massage. Highly recommend her! Mandy K

Highly recommend Springs Healing Massage. It is like an oasis of good energy and attention to the whole person. Way better than any chain! If you are just popping in to town for the weekend, you won't have luck scheduling. If you know in advance when you will be in town-- book it now!
