I have been calling & visiting this facility since years but never felt this sense of humiliation until today. My problem is not with my doctor but with the office staff who receive your calls(whose name I do not remember, otherwise would have mentioned it here).I called for an appointment and she was asking me all the details and while I was saying she says”just stop for a sec,am working here”. Is this the way you talk to patients in need of an appointment? Felt really HURT and thats REALLY A RUDE WAY to treat people. I have been a patient of Dr. Patel's for years. She has always listened patiently and carefully to me and any issues I may have had. Her explanations have always been cogent and comprehensible. I've always been impressed by her range of knowledge given my issues over the years.

I'm always very pleased with my visits. Dr Kalb has been my PCP for years, and she and the rest of the team at MCMG have listened, have been happy to discuss pros and cons of treatment options with me, and seem genuinely interested in making sure we have the best care plan in place.
