Didn’t really need the diagnostics to know that it was a motherboard issue, but he is friendly.As a consumer, if you assume that it is a motherboard issue, not sure if I would recommend. If it is general computer maintenance, then yes.I ended up running a multimeter test found the blown fuse and capacitor myself. I replaced them myself.“
