First time we dealt with Empire was when we had new carpet put in our basement earlier this year. Bradley, one of the representatives, came out and was so thorough in explaining everything to us. He was pleasant and we were not rushed in any way. The carpet looked beautiful and still looks that way. This time, called Bradley again and we had laminate flooring put down, which looks beautiful as well. From the time we sat down with picking out what we wanted to the installers coming, it has been an easy process. I would recommend Empire for all your flooring needs. We will definitely use them again!!
