I had a massage with Bethany C. today, and can't wait to come back for my facial with Fiona! I have been looking for a super relaxing and comfortable day spa since I moved to Columbus, and I found it here! The building is set up with gorgeous cozy decor, comfortable heated beds, and super nice staff. Bethany was great at making sure she understood all my goals, and she had hands like actual magic. I love that they use and sell Eminence Beauty products, which is an amazing skincare brand. I will be a regular here! It is absolutely the place to go if you want the most relaxing experience possible.
I was one of the first customers to experience the new Luxe scalp treatment with Bethanie. I booked the deluxe treatment and added a facial. I've never had a scalp/hair treatment before. The treatment made a real difference in my hair, removing some unwanted materials and making it quite soft. There are even before and after pictures so that you can see the value of this treatment. Cuodos to Bethanie for the research on this treatment, and props to Kelly for adding this offering to the repretiore at Balance Beauty Spa.
