Purchased windows from American WeatherTECHS, LLC 5 years ago. Windows still look and work great. One window, however, developed spots within the top sash this summer. American WeatherTECHS was contacted. I received an immediate response and a new sash was ordered. Today, the general manager, Lou Italiano, delivered and installed the new sash. The new sash looks great. Mr. Italiano was extremely pleasant and knowledgable regarding the windows. Great service and warranty!
Lou came out and took care of a window that needed an adjustment. As usual he was awesome, took care of the problem and gave good advice. He even advised ona future project Im considering. Great job and good dude.
Louis came on time, looked into the problem of the two windows and he fixed them both within minutes. I do appreciate his expertise, his friendly approach and his professionalism!!! Keep up the good work Louis!! I would not hesitate to recommend Louis and the American Weather TECHs to anyone who seeks excellent quality of both, product and services!!!
