⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I can't say enough good things about my experience here. I felt like I was an important somebody with every encounter. The staff took my concerns of experiences of my progressive lines not being right in the past and went above and beyond measures to make sure it was done right the first time and had me check before I left the office today that they were lined up correctly. The staff member that helped me pick out my frames and was honest about what did or didn't look good for my face shape was amazing. She was so professional. Today was my first visit to The Looking Glass. Over all, the staff was very friendly creating a comfortable atmosphere. Dr. Smith was the greatest as she was very through and explained everything in detail and didn't make you feel like you were rushed.I would HIGHLY recommend The Looking Glass!
Was a walk in with a script from another office that did not take my insurance for glasses. Was amazing how the entire staff was welcoming and friendly. I will be transferring all my optical care to Looking Glass Eyecare. Ordered my glasses including a new frame and was pleasantly surprised at the cost compared to previous purchases. Dr Smith and Lexi both have infectious personalities and smiles. Was a great experience.
