I just left the Lockshop with a new key. for my 2008 Honda Civic. The Honda dealer was not able to help me, because they said my ignition switch was worn out and new ignition switches were back ordered to 2021. So it was not just a cost issue that made me go to the Lockshop! They were friendly, helpful, fast and very very reasonable. If I ever have lock problems for house or car, they will be my go to people. Thank you!

Joel went the extra mile to make a duplicate key successfully. We were at two other regionally popular locksmith shops that we unsuccessful. Next time, we will start with the Locksmith Shop :)

My 16 year old son lost the only key to his car. I called the business and spoke with Joel. He’s also the owner. He showed up on time and I asked him if my son can watch since he likes to know how everything works. Joel was glad a teenager was interested. Joel was awesome with my son. He answered all my son’s questions and encouraged him to look into getting in the industry. I highly recommend The Locksmith Shop in Wooster. Best part is if, if you can’t go to them, they go to you.
