We contacted David at Property Pros after a tree fell on our roof and broke through the shingles, decking, and several trusses on one side of the house. We called on short notice because we were concerned about additional damage from wind and rain while waiting for insurance to process our claim. He came to our home the same day and removed debris from the damaged area, created a temporary frame, and put up a sturdy plywood and tarp cover over the hole. David did such a fantastic job I was amazed with the work, I need my basement finished for the kids and David came out gave me a price. Came back the very next day with all the Materials and got to work. He did a bang up job and finished faster than anticipated. I Highly Recommend Property Pro's LLC. Don't call anyone else. I am selling my house and had to get it inspected prior to selling. The inspector found multiple things I had to get fixed before I could close on selling it. I called Property Pro's and David came out and gave me an estimate which was $850 less than any of the other estimates i got. I explained that I only had a short time til the closing day to have all these repairs done and he worked so hard even working thru the night a couple of nights and worked day and night and got everything finished and it all passed inspection.
