Custer-Glenn has been there for my family 3 times over the past year: when we lost my grandma and aunt, and when my mother lost her beloved cat (They also provide pet cremation). Custer-Glenn Funeral Home has raised the bar for what our expectations will be in the future when choosing a funeral home. We are not near the area, but our loved-one that passed away lived in Wooster her entire life. We chose Custer-Glenn because of a recommendation from a friend. Sam and Kim went out of their way to accommodate our family and our changing needs. Service and the decor was wonderful. Samuel Glenn will sue you 2 months after your loved one is buried. told the man he would be paid in full in four monthly payments. I told him November would be the last payment sent a large second payment in September, sends me a letter that's states he is going to sue me. the death was not expected. He lies on what he says, claims he doesn't get messages. a very fake person. tells you lies on what you tell him. I strongly urge you to pick a home that has true compassion and truly cares about people. I now understand why he has less and less business.
