I have been going to Ark for several years now. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been nothing but kind, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have a reactive/anxious dog but have never been made to feel like a bad pet parent for it, for which I am especially grateful. The prices of care are some of the best around, and their points program for discounted services is a great bonus! Scheduling is very simple and I’m always seen within a few days. My only complaint is that the building is VERY small, which can be challenging when sitting in the lobby with several other pets and owners.

Always has appointments available when my pets are sick and they take great care of my babies! I have had three in end stages of their lives and the vets at Ark are always compassionate and kind, taking their time with us and my babies. LOVE THEM!!!

Dr Sutton and staff were phenomenal while my dog, Nymeria was really sick. They got her in immediately as a new patient, answered all of my questions, ran all the appropriate tests and were extremely kind, carrying, and professional during our visits. They were quick to action and kept in touch throughout this ordeal. I'm so thankful for their care and professionalism and would highly recommend them to anyone!!!
