They pick up and deliver on a consistent schedule and communicate very efficiently with me. When I forget to put out my laundry bag, they even call and wait for me to bring it. Whenever I forget something in a pocket, no matter what the value of the item, they always return it. I would recommend this dry cleaner to anyone!“

“I was a bit late leaving for the dry cleaner this morning, but I happened to run into the D.O. Summers guy delivering to my apartment building. I told him I was going to the Cedar Green branch, and asked if it was too late for same day. It was just after 10:00 am.He told me it was too late, but if they hadn't finished the last load, they may be able to help me. He told me to ask for Joey, the store manager. I did that, and Joey told me to be there before 5:00 to pick it up.I have used D.O. Summers for many years, sometimes using their free pick-up and delivery service, and sometimes using same day. Instead of same day being an extra charge add-on, like some cleaners, that is their standard service. It's a great help...but be sure to go to their website and get their coupons! :)“

Sleeves pinned up and within a few minutes I was done. Picked up the suit jacket on Thursday and it looks like it made for me right from the factory. Perfect work. I enjoy visiting professional craftsmanship stores like this. Too many big chain store going out of business these days and it’s good to find quality like Gildas in our local area.
