Kevin and the team at Eyes on Chagrin were able to save a very rare and special pair of Jacques Marie Mage glasses that another optical store stretched out while inserting prescription lenses.JMM frames require special handling due to the thickness of the acetate and I’ll only trust Eyes on Chagrin with my collection from here on out and I mail my frames from Las Vegas just to have them worked on there.Kevin’s team is professional, courteous and a pleasure to deal with. I 100 percent recommend them.
I broke my glasses and went here hoping they could fix it as I needed them urgently. The glasses were fixed within 3 minutes and they didn't charge me even though I didn't buy my glasses from them. The staff were very polite and respectful.
