This place is wonderful! The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the students actively work to help each other succeed. Comprehensive belt system, classes for young children, older children, and adults. They advertise tournaments regularly, have guest instructors for special seminars, and even offer one-on-one personal training!

A very respectful, positive and inclusive atmosphere - fun for all ages, skill & fitness levels. Awesome, knowledgeable teachers! Everyone has fun while learning, both as a team and also one-on-one. Family friendly. You even get a special treat for your birthday! OH and they occasionally run workshops with awesome guest instructors.
