Roto Rooter, you have the best staff!!! Professionalism, good listeners with patience.Thanks to the dispatcher, technicians; John, Joe, and ESPECIALLY WILL, who managed to resolve my laundry plumbing problem without cutting the wall, when it had to be the next step in resolving this problem. KUDOS WILL ?.
Our plumber, Will, was professional and personable. He explained the issuses clearly and got right to work. Will communicated through the process about any snags as well as his progress. I have no experience with plumbing problems so I am unsure how long things should take; however, I feel like the time spent was adequate to get the job done right. Parts replaced, toilet repaired and the caulk bead looks good. It's always a little awkward when a stranger comes into your home to do a job but Will was great! I hope we never have to use this service again but if we do, I hope we get someone like Will again.
Professional respectful of our property explained everything before you started going will definitely use them again and will highly recommend them if you're in a situation to need a drain cleaned or plumber
