DOCS Dermatology (DSWO) | Wilmington

This was the second time scheduling a new patient appointment with DSWO.- First time around I hoped to become an established patient, & was booked on a Monday months prior. Unfortunately it was canceled by the Mason Ohio office the Friday before. Having said that, this second time around was more emergency based, & luckily the Wilmington office was able to see me in less than 5 days. When rescheduling afterwards I was told it would be four months before availability for a full body check. No worries because at least today I was seen quickly, efficiently, and my basic needs were met. The staff can only be described as outstanding. Katherine Gilmore was amazing. She takes the time to explain everything to you thoroughly and in a way that you can understand. She reviewed each medication with me. I really appreciate it. The service I was provided here.
