We were on vacation when we listed our house and Christine went out of her way to get my mom’s phone number before we left, and she coordinated all our showings with my mom who was watching our house/dogs. This allowed us to enjoy our vacation and not have to worry about relaying information back and forth. With the purchase of our new home and the sale of our old one, Christine handled everything from the transactional side of our contracts, she followed along with the title company, our loan officer, our inspections, and the buyer’s bank appraisal to make sure everything was moving along timely and that we closed on time. Christine goes above and beyond in so many ways! She exceeded all our expectations and made our home buying and selling process seamless. She gave recommendations for painters, HVAC, and general contractors that we used throughout the process to get things done quicker than we would have been able to do on our own. The companies she recommended were top notch, respectful of our time and home, and very reasonable! Christine is more than just your realtor. She became a friend. While we will miss our weekly “dates” with Christine, we will forever be thankful and grateful to her.
