I had to call last minute to order an arrangement for a funeral and found they were absolutely fantastic help. They were patient with me and my many questions. I’ve spent the last hour calling multiple florists to order a wrist corsage that was needed for today. Every place I called in the Willoughy Willowick and mentor areas acted as if me wanting to give them my money was an inconvenience. Very rude very short very much gave we don’t want your business. But when I called here this lady was sooooo nice she gave her opinion on color options and what would look the best with the dress color etc. I was able to place an order with a pick up time of 1pm!! Amazing customer service and very friendly staff.

Appreciated the personable and caring staff who helped me over the phone on creating an Easter garden basket for an elderly couple and taking careful delivery instructions. I did not see the end result but the couple called me just thrilled and describing to me how wonderful it was.
