Dr. Doles and Staff are wonderful. Very caring and knowledgeable always willing to listen and explain things. I've been going there for nearly 30 years and I always reccomend them when someone is searching for a new Vet.
We have been going to Pet Hospital of Willoughby for many years, and with several dogs. We have always received excellent care for our dogs, from all the team members - Vets, Vet Techs, Reception members. They really care about our animals. Many years ago we had an emergency come up (during regular office hours), and they saw us right away, and treated our dog quickly and competently - even though it was a complicated case. I highly recommend this practice.
We had concerns regarding Maggie's health because was previously diagnosed with Lyme and could possibly be having sxs. Molly was able to get us an appt the following day. Everyone in the office was very kind. Dr Stephanie was great examing Maggie and explained Maggie's condition to us. She answered all of our questions and spent as much time with us as we needed. We left feeling confident and well informed.
We are very pleased with Pet Hospital. They have been taking care of our pets for 40÷ years. Dr Doles, Dr Eble and all of the staff have always been very knowledgeable, understanding and compaasionate.
