Ryan at Functional Fitness Ohio is an excellent personal trainer. I have been training with him for almost a year. I had total replacement of both hips in 2020 and started training with Ryan looking to strengthen the muscles that support those joints. The techniques I am learning are improving my posture, strengthening my core, drastically reducing the number of headaches I have and equalizing how I use my hips. Ryan is very knowledgeable, thorough and patient in teaching the techniques that are so beneficial to my progress.
