I had company data and tax data on my HDD when it crashed. I have been a computer tech for years so a HDD failure wasn't serious to me. Once I found that my skills were not able to recover the data I got very worried. In addition to my company files I had years of photos and music that would be lost. I found Data Recover labs online and gave them a call. I found them to be very helpful and explained things to me in great detail. I sent in my HDD and a little over month later I was able to remotely log into their PC and see all my files they had recovered. I was referred to Data Recovery Labs by my I/T Dept. They were very professional and told me step by step the process they would follow. I received periodic updates. The cost was higher than I would have liked to have spent but they were able to recover all of my data. I would use them again.
