My experience is ALWAYS so delightful. The staff is always pleasant, helpful and very knowledgeable. Chantel , Bobbie, and Nikki are the BEST!!! Its always a pleasurable experience coming in, they are the reason I choose to keep coming back. Chantel was sooo very nice to me at the Mentor location that closed down, that I was excited to continue business with her at the WIlloughby location.

I have been in this checksmart a few times now. I have had the pleasure being waited on by Chantal. I was having a bad day but she was so cheerful and polite it made my day. She was very helpful.
