Sara stopped mid cut and went in the back room to literally take a hit off her crack pipe. “I have nothing but positive things to say about Refinery Barbershop. My partner and I have been going to Hatchi for 10 years since before Refinery Barbershop opened their own brick and mortar shop. We utilized the downtown location for many years and once Willoughby opened we have been going there more recently. The cut for our hair and beard are always consistent and scheduling through the app is a breeze. The atmosphere at the Willoughby location is positive and welcoming and I have seen many completed haircuts by other barbers during my visits.
