I went here on Saturday, for the Body Wrap and it was so unorganized.
The nice lady who helped me "Audrey was super nice, she said that she was helping out, that she was not part of the Vitality Recovery. She did her best to assist. The area for my body wrap was not cleaned. it was dirty, dusty, spiderwebs in the comer and the floor has not seen a vacuum in a long time. Audrey said that she wiped down the body wrap gear. It was torn and tattered and smelled. The place was not kept well at all. Go at your discretion. I was hoping that this would be my new place. For health wellness, Very disappointed. THEY ARE CROOKS! THEY CONTINUED TO CHARGE MY CARD $132.00 FOR THREE MONTHS. WHO HAS THAT MONEY TO GIVE AWAY? YOU?
BEAUTIFUL FACILITY THOUGH.
THEY REFUSE TO GIVE A REFUND.
WHO DOES THST IF YOUR TRYING TO RETAIN CUSTOMERS?

I signed up for the personal training a couple of Months ago I was bounced between trainers , which I had no problem with but not once did I ever heard from them . I was told I was on the schedule then I wasn't ,I couldn't message my coach for a while , they knew I couldn't come to the meetings in the mornings yet they still continue to schedule me in the mornings. I will not stop till I get my money back for the training sessions I don't use bc of Lack of communication on their end . I didn't mind paying for the gym membership my problem is they are charging me for something I never use and they are okay with it and they told me they didn't have training sessions that accommodate me but when I wanted my money back and I was trying to cancel now magically they have training sessions for me . If you are okay with spending money with no reason then you are in the right place .
